Product Overview
Hydcovalves valves are safe, efficient and reliable, and are available in a wide range of sizes and pressure levels to meet customer and application needs. The valves provided are suitable for applications such as amine scrubbing or carbon dioxide transportation. We provide competitive engineered valve solutions to meet the amine absorption carbon capture needs using solvents such as monoethanolamine (MEA).
Our line valves are available in single-isolated or double-truncated bleed (DBB) configurations and range in sizes from 1 inch to 18 inches. They are ideal for applications requiring reliable and tight isolation and low maintenance solutions such as carbon dioxide (CO2) transportation.
Hydcovalves has over 20 years of experience in designing and supplying high-performance small-diameter valves for subsea carbon dioxide storage. The product range includes 1/4-inch and 1/2-inch needle valves with operating pressures up to 15,000 psi (1000 bar), as well as certified 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch shaft-fixed ball valves using polymeric lip seals.
Our through conduit slab gate valve is API 17D certified and has full diameter sizes from 3/8 inch to 1 inch, with hydraulic drive and manual operation configurations. With field-proven technology (Technical Maturity TRL Class 7), our gate valves measure from 3/8 inch to 1 inch full diameter and operate up to 20,000 psi (1380 bar). Utilizing the sealing technology of our flat gate valves, Hydcovalves offers compact and reliable metal-to-metal sealed rotary gate valves with diameters of 3/8 and 1/2 inches and operating pressures up to 15,000 psi (1000 bar).
All Hydcovalves' subsea product ranges meet industry standards and meet the requirements of 3000 meters of water depth in internal testing.
