Subsea Relief Valves have a cracking pressure of 10 psi to 20 psi and a reverse sealing pressure Test (hyperbaric) of up to 5,000psi.

We supplies an extensive range of ROV receptacles and Position Indication systems for use with our own valves and other subsea equipment such as electrical penetrators and small bore gate valves.

We produces a range of small diameter subsea needle valves with diameters ranging from 0.25 inches [6 mm] to 1.00 inches [25 mm]. These needle valves typically have operating pressure levels up to 15,000 psi [1035 bar] and operate from -20°F [-29°C] to +350°F [+177°C]. The typical rated water depth for manual operation of the submarine needle valve is 10,000 feet [3050 meters].

We produces a range of small bore block or panel mounted subsea High-Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) needle valves with a bore size of 0.30” [7.6mm] bore.

There are a range of small bore subsea floating ball valves, from 0.55″ [14mm] bore to 0.787″ [20mm] bore. These ball valves typically have an operating pressure rating up to 10,000psi [1034bar].

We manufactures a range of 0.38″ [10mm] bore to 0.75″ [20mm] nominal bore 2 way, 3 way or 4 way Trunnion Ball valves. This provides the user with a soft seating quarter-turn isolation/diversion or 180 degree turn diversion valve solution for many different applications.

There are three sizes of small bore subsea check valves, 0.38″[10mm] bore, 0.75″[19mm] bore and 1.00″[25mm] bore. The 0.38″[10mm] bore check valve has an operating pressure rating up to 10,000psi [690bar] and an operating temperature range of -20F[-29C] to +250F[+121C]*.

The 0.75″ nominal bore check valve has an operating pressure rating up to are up to 15,000psi [1034bar] with an operating temperature range of -20F[-29C] to +350F[+177C].

The 1″ nominal bore check valve has an operating pressure rating up to are up to 15,000psi [1034bar] with an operating temperature range of -20F[-29C] to +350F[+177C].

We offers a range of precision-designed subsea high pressure and high temperature (HPHT) actuators to drive gate valves. Nominal diameter is 1/2 inch, and the operating and certified pressure rating is up to 20,000 psi [1380 bar]. HPHT gate valves have certified operating temperature ranges from -29°C to +155°C (-20°F to 311°F). Certified water depth rating is 10,000 feet [3050 meters].
