The 'G12FF' Type 2 valve manifold is designed for remote mounting to static pressure transmitters. The separate vent valve gives full control of venting of the instrument, plus the ability to calibrate in-situ.

The 'G12AF' Type 2 valve manifold is designed for remote mounting to static pressure transmitters. The angled heads allow for panel mounting. The separate vent valve gives full control of venting of the instrument, plus the ability to calibrate in-situ.

The 'Y53' Type 5 valve manifolds are designed for direct mounting to differential pressure transmitters, with separate isolation and vent for LP and HP inlets, plus equalising valve for simple calibration.

The 'Y54' Type 5 valve manifolds are designed for remote mounting to differential pressure transmitters, with separate isolation and vent for LP and HP inlets, plus equalising valve for simple calibration.

The 'FS' Type Single Isolating Needle Valve is designed for safe and reliable isolation. It provides a bubble-tight shutoff, non-rotating and anti-galling tip, and a dynamic self-adjusting spindle seal to ensure a long service life in various applications. It is supplied with FireSafe testing to BS6755 PT2, API 607, ISO 10497, and API 6FA.

The  A Type Single Isolating Needle Valve is designed for safe and reliable isolation. The design features a bubble-tight shutoff, non-rotating, anti-galling tip, and a dynamic self-adjusting spindle seal, providing extended service life in various applications.

The 'GV' Type Gauge Vent Needle Valve is designed for safe and reliable isolation, providing bubble-tight shutoff with a non-rotating, anti-galling tip and a dynamic self-adjusting spindle seal, ensuring long service life in various applications.

The 'BI' Type Single Isolating Needle Valve is designed for safe and reliable isolation. It provides a bubble-tight shutoff, a non-rotating and anti-galling tip, and a dynamic self-adjusting spindle seal to ensure a long service life in various applications.

The 'Y34' Type 3 valve manifolds are designed for direct mounting to differential pressure transmitters, with separate isolation for LP and HP inlets plus equalising valve for simple calibration.

  • API 6A Floating Ball Valve DBB Compact Design
    Brief: Our compact double cutoff discharge (DBB) valves have a total length designed to comply with ASME B16.10 standards. The monocoque valve body design reduces potential leakage paths and keeps weight and space to a minimum. Two specifications are available in full diameter and shrinkage diameter. 
  • API 6A Floating Ball Valves DBB Flanged 2/3 Piece Design
    Brief: Our flange double-blocking bleed (DBB) valves offer two- and three-piece body designs that integrate the functionality of three valves into a single unit, reducing weight and saving the entire installation space. The two-piece design offers Oliver-compliant lengths (to ASME Class 300) and ASME B16.10 lengths (for ASME Class 600 and above). All valves in the three-piece design use the shortest total length of Oliver.
    We also offer a variety of other bleed valve options and are able to work with our customers to take a technical project-centric approach to ensure full compatibility.

    Brief: Our compact style Double Block & Bleed Valve is designed with an overall length in accordance with ASME B16:10, or shortest possible face to face dimension. The single piece body design reduces potential leak paths and ensures weight and space can be kept to an absolute minimum.

    Brief: Our Flanged Style Double Block & Bleed Valves are designed with a bolted 3 piece body and conventional through bolting flanged connections. The design reduces potential leak paths and allows weight and space savings when compared to conventional piping methods.

    Brief: We offer true double isolation with two independent ball valves contained in one valve body, guaranteeing absolute shut-off and maximizing the safe operation of any processing facility.
