       ·  Total length compliant with ASME B16.10: A truly double-truncated isolation (improving safety) can be used instead of a single isolation ball valve without expensive pipe modifications.

       ·  Single-body threaded end insert: Provides the most compact overall length and reduces potential leakage points to an absolute minimum.

       ·  Full diameter design: Valves provide full diameter dimensions that comply with API 6D standards to ensure maximum flow for productivity and allow pipe cleaning operations.

       ·  Multiple drain valve options and connection methods: A variety of drain valve options and connection methods can be provided according to customer needs.

       ·  Floating ball design:

               o Floating ball construction ensures maximum weight and space savings while providing reliable and secure isolation up to and including ASME Class 2500 rating.

               o A maximum of 3 inches (approximately 76.2mm) full diameter and 4 inches (approximately 101.6mm) shrinkage specifications are available.

               o Comply with ASME B16.10 standard length (CSL).

               o Oliver standard length (COSL) is also available.

               o The floating ball is designed with a solid lever operating mechanism.

               o Flange connection complies with ASME B16.5 standard.

               o Integrated drain valve with threaded outlet connection.
