Product Overview
· 2-piece/3-piece bolt connection structure: The 2-piece and 3-piece bolt connection structures adopt traditional through-bolt connection flange ends, and can also be equipped with hub ends or welded ends. The overall length of the valve is kept to a minimum, which provides significant cost, weight and space savings compared to the traditional double-cut drain pipe method using separate ball valves and short tube connectors.
o Comply with ASME B16.10 total length (ASME Class 600 and above) - 2-piece valve body
o A truly double-truncated isolation (improving safety) can be replaced with a single isolation ball valve without expensive pipe remodeling.
· Full diameter design: Valves provide full diameter dimensions that comply with API 6D standards to ensure maximum flow rate for productivity and allow pipe cleaning operations.
· Floating ball design:
o Floating ball construction ensures maximum weight and space savings while providing reliable and secure isolation up to and including ASME Class 2500 rating.
o Available in a maximum of 3-inch full diameter and 4-inch shrinkage specifications.
o The floating ball is designed with a solid lever operating mechanism.
o Flange connections comply with ASME B16.5 or API 6A standards, and hub connectors or soldered ends are also available.
o Integrated drain valve with threaded outlet connection.
