       ·  Coil Spring Fault Close Actuator – Fault Close (optional Fault Turn-Open) action is achieved through a group of coil spring stacks. These spring sets have been designed and developed to withstand thousands of operational cycles to meet the most demanding customer applications. Actuator spring sets are rated for water depths up to 10,000 feet [3050 meters], and current product development is considering actuators for ultra-deep water projects over 10,000 feet.

       ·  Overcontrolled operating mechanism – The gate valve driven by the actuator can be equipped with an overcontrolled operating mechanism, which can be used to open the gate valve when hydraulic pressure is lost. Different adapters are available for connecting extension rods for ROV operation and can be customized for your specific application.

       ·  Position Indication – The valve position can be clearly indicated during both hydraulic and overcontrol operations.

       ·  Hydraulic actuator seals – Standard uses capped seals with PEEK anti-extrusion rings for hydraulic system operating pressures of 5,000 psi [345 bar] and has been tested to 7,500 psi [517 bar].        ·  Overcontrolled operating threads – Multi-turn ACME thread design ensures low overcontrolled operating torque.

       ·  No obstruction flow path in the valve – The through-channel flat gate and valve seat are designed to provide unobstructed pathways with minimal flow resistance.

       ·  Product Supplementary Certification – Total 1200 cycles, including an additional 400 hydraulic downstream cycles + 200 manual overload cycles. 33 step-step tests were performed in both upstream and downstream directions.
