The ‘GM1’ Type Gauge Multiport Needle Valve is designed for safe and reliable isolation, giving bubble-tight shutoff, with non-rotating, anti-galling tips and dynamic self-adjusting spindle seals.

The 'GM1' Type Gauge Multiport Needle Valve is designed for safe and reliable isolation, providing bubble-tight shutoff with a non-rotating, anti-galling tip and a dynamic self-adjusting spindle seal, ensuring long service life in a variety of applications.

Hydcovalves hydrogen pipeline valves are designed on 20 years of pipeline ball valve qualifications and field service experience. Available in Single Isolate, Block & Bleed or Double Block and Bleed configurations in sizes up to 18″ Full and Reduced, offered in both manual and actuated quarter-turn operation.

Oliver Hydcovalves range of Ball Valves & Needle Valves have specifically been designed for use in hydrogen fuelling applications, the Hydcovalves range offers reliable operation and isolation at pressures up to 690 bar.

We produces a range of small diameter subsea needle valves with diameters ranging from 0.25 inches [6 mm] to 1.00 inches [25 mm]. These needle valves typically have operating pressure levels up to 15,000 psi [1035 bar] and operate from -20°F [-29°C] to +350°F [+177°C]. The typical rated water depth for manual operation of the submarine needle valve is 10,000 feet [3050 meters].

We offers a range of precision-designed subsea high pressure and high temperature (HPHT) actuators to drive gate valves. Nominal diameter is 1/2 inch, and the operating and certified pressure rating is up to 20,000 psi [1380 bar]. HPHT gate valves have certified operating temperature ranges from -29°C to +155°C (-20°F to 311°F). Certified water depth rating is 10,000 feet [3050 meters].

The valve is designed as a selector ball valve, allowing the choice of flow from either one of the two side ports, and out through a single bottom port.

A 10,000 psi Swivel Gauge Adapter that allows the 360deg orientation of gauges on site. Made from 316 stainless steel with 1/2″ NPT male x female connection.

A 6,000 psi Gauge Snubber protects gauges from line surges by damping variations down via a variable orifice.

Check Valves allow flow in one direction only, closing when the flow reverses. Ranging from 1/4″ to 1″ sizes with 1/2″ NPT female x female connections, the check valves are made from 316 stainless steel.

The low-pressure Air Headers fulfil the need for a manifold designed specifically for this pressure range, manufactured from a specially extruded section in 316 stainless.

Our Compact Style Level Gauge Valves are designed to allow safe isolation and flushing of diaphragm seal pressure transmitters, typically used in tank level measurement applications.
